Membership
Portal membership is by approval only. Lagree Girl may decline an application, or suspend or revoke membership at any time, including for a breach of these terms.
Your certification information
You're responsible for making sure the certification and profile details you provide are accurate and kept up to date.
Respectful conduct
Treat other members with respect in boards, messages and listings. Harassment, discrimination, spam, or sharing other members' information without consent is not allowed. See our Community Standards for details.
Jobs, subs and guest classes
The portal helps trainers and studios find each other, but there's no guarantee of jobs, sub shifts or guest teaching. Any arrangement between a studio and a trainer — including pay, scheduling and insurance — is between those parties. Lagree Girl is not an employer, agent or party to those arrangements.
Content
You keep ownership of what you post, and give Lagree Girl permission to display it within the portal. Website content, including text, photos and branding, belongs to Lagree Girl and may not be copied without permission. Lagree® and Megaformer® are registered trademarks of Lagree Fitness.
Limitation of liability
The website and portal are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Lagree Girl isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of other members, arising from use of the website or portal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
