Community Standards.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

The Lagree Girl community is built for trainers and studios who care about doing this well. These standards apply everywhere in the portal, including profiles, the Trainer Lounge, the Studio Circle, job and sub posts, and direct messages.

Lead with respect

  • Treat every member with kindness and professionalism, whether you agree with them or not.
  • Disagree with ideas, never attack the person.
  • Remember there's a real trainer or studio owner on the other side of every message.

No bullying, harassment or discrimination

  • No bullying, name-calling, intimidation, threats or targeted negative comments.
  • No harassment of any kind, including repeated unwanted messages or sexual comments.
  • No discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, body size, ability or any other personal characteristic.
  • No gossip or public call-outs about other trainers, studios or clients.

Give feedback that helps

  • Keep feedback about teaching, not the person.
  • Be specific and constructive, and share what's working as well as what isn't.
  • If someone asks for feedback privately, keep it private.

Keep it confidential

  • What's shared in the Trainer Lounge and Studio Circle stays there. Don't screenshot or share other members' posts or messages outside the portal.
  • Don't share another member's contact details or personal information without their permission.
  • Don't share Lagree Academy or certification training materials.

Be professional with jobs, subs and guest classes

  • Only post and accept opportunities you intend to follow through on.
  • Show up, be on time, and communicate early if plans change.
  • Studios and trainers are responsible for agreeing on pay, scheduling and expectations before a class.

Keep it honest

  • Keep your certification, experience and studio details accurate and up to date.
  • Don't impersonate another person or studio.

Keep it on topic

  • No spam, unrelated promotions or repeated self-promotion outside the spaces meant for it.

If something isn't right

If you see something that goes against these standards, or someone makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, let Krista know through the contact page. Reports are handled privately.

Depending on what happened, we may remove content, give a warning, or suspend or remove a member from the community. Serious issues, like harassment or threats, may lead to immediate removal.
